The national anthem was played and the red flag was fluttering. Students of Anqing Foreign Language School are valiant and heroic.
At 9 A.M. on September 1st, led by the head teachers, the freshmen of Grade 10 gathered on the playground to attend the military training opening ceremony for the freshmen from the 10th grade in 2020. Also in attendance were military training instructor representative Sha Qianjin, Executive Vice Principal Liu Bing, Principal Assistant Qian Zhihong in charge of the Senior High Department, Deputy Directors Xu Haihong, Xu Zuitai, Liu Qiongdan with the Senior High Department and other administrative leaders. The opening ceremony was presided over by Vice Director Xu Haihong.
The ceremony raised the curtain in the majestic national anthem. In the first place, student Bai Yu from Class 6, Grade 10 spoke on behalf of all the freshmen and solemnly promised that they would all listen to command, be strict with themselves as  soldiers, and consciously accept a life test with a strong physique to temper their will, improve ability, live up to youth and live up to the expectations from the military instructors, teachers, and parents.
In the second place, instructor representative Sha Qianjin made a speech, introducing the basic contents of the military training in vigorous language, and encouraging everyone to show the spirit of soldiers during the training, ‘You can sweat and bleed, but you can not shed tears or lag behind.’
In the third place, Deputy Director Xu Haihong delivered a mobilization speech in which he called on all freshmen in the Senior High Department to pay attention to every detail in an uplifting state of mind, fine style and team spirit to accept the exercise of military training, complete the training tasks with high standard and high quality and be their best selves.
In the fourth place, the army instructors brought us the formation demonstration, which pushed the ceremony to a climax.
Finally, Vice Principal Liu Bing announced that Anqing Foreign Language School officially opened the military training camp for the 10th-grade freshmen in 2020.
To sum up, we strive hard in lofty spirit and soaring determination to write a new chapter. Afterwards, the military training kicked off right after the ceremony. Students of Anqing Foreign Language School are high-spirited and vigorous.
